Shipping Policy 

We ship all orders directly from the UK facility to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and on time.

Processing time : All orders placed from Sunday through Thursday will be packed and held securely for our Friday/Saturday courier collections. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched either the same day or the following day. You will receive a tracking confirmation email the moment your package is with the courier.

Domestic Shipping : We offer standard shipping via Royal Mail specifically Royal Mail tracked 48. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 2-5 working days.

Restrictions : Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials for air transport. Therefore, we strictly ship via ground transport and only within the UK. We currently do no offer international shipping.

Missing or Delayed Packages : If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot find i, please contact us within 3 days so we can open an investigation with the courier.
