Return and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and transport safety rules and regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances, we have strict guidelines regarding returns.

Returns : We accept return within only 14 days of delivery if the perfume bottle is completely unused,unopened and still sealed in its original wrapping. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for fragrances that have been opened, tested or sprayed.

Damaged or Faulty Items : If our perfume bottle arrives cracked, leaking or damaged during transit, please take a photo and email us at royaloudbusiness@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs using a tracked delivery service unless the item arrived damaged.

Return Processing : Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be sent automatically back to you.
